Absinth Bar
 This is a concept that makes justice to the mythical wormwood. The wormwood was, by the end of century XIX, “a green fairy” for the luxury-loving intellectuals and a muse for Van Gogh as well as all the French impressionists.
It is not casualty that the drink is a legend between party animals of today and fashionable. The proof is the existence of Absinth Bar: a new concept in Santa Fe, that not only puts in the table the “green fairy” (drink with absinth and sugar), but recreates all the atmosphere of the time: luxurious red stools, art nouveau, paintings with a Toulouse-Lautrec mood. The music that remains in mills-fashion becomes an accent adapted for this place, that more than a experience, is the tribute to all a time.
