Team Building activities

These activities are fun games designed to develop conflict solution abilities between group members to increase the work capacity all together.

Some group integration activities are the following:

Mini Olympics:
It’s the most versatile activity; each activity can be developed almost in any area outside or inside, and with any participant number. The mini Olympics are a series of fun activities for group integration, each one with a time lapse of approximately 20 minutes. The teams compete between each other to receive performance points in each activity, the following is graded: team work, conflict solution, strategy, roll assignation, communication, etc. At the end, all participants will feel proud in winning a gold medal.

Lost arc/ scavenger hunt
Participants will work in teams to solve a series of puzzles that will lead them to mystery places, they will have to brainstorm, use their knowledge and experience to find the hidden treasure and be the winners at the end.

Rally
Participants will receive clues which will lead them to a boat in Isla Mujeres, where they will have a fantastic experience, they will look for clues in strategic points marked in a map which they will have. The adventure will take them to beautiful beaches, reefs, and an old pirate refuge to rescue the members of their team.
